Singer Oritsefemi has responded to Etcetera's claims that he does not own a N200m mansion in Lekki.
In
February, Etcetera wrote in his column for Punch that the 'Double
Wahala' singer does not have the financial resources to live in a house
of that price.
"Does he look the part
of a N200m house owner even with all his body cream? Yes, it is double
wahala for deadi-bodi and the owner of deadi-bodi but won’t it be
tripple wahala for Oritsefemi and his management when fans eventually
discovered that the N200m mansion he purportedly bought some months back
was actually bought in his dreams and not in the real world?"
wrote Etcetera.
Yesterday,
March 18, 2015, Oritsefemi spoke exclusively to Pulse TV about
Etcetera's comments. The 'musical Taliban' as he likes to call himself
responded philosophically. "I think everyone has their own opinion.
Everybody has their own opinion if life. You have to understand that in
life there is what they call success, and it's a reality" he said.
He further said "A
lot of people don't know this thing called success. They think its just
a joke or a fluke...sometimes we have to invite them to our crib for
them to come and have dinner with us."
